The article discusses psychological microclimate of a student group under different instructional formats (teaching and learning face-to-face, online, or blended). main objective the study was to explore factors that contribute formation in connection with changes formal postsecondary education undergoes because COVID-19 pandemic. One hundred sixty-six students several higher institutions Rostov-on-Don, Russia took part study. To fulfill objective, data about various individual characteristics participating their subjective rating respective groups were collected by means testing subjected first ANOVA then multiple regression analyses. revealed no statistically significant differences across either scores respondents’ characteristics. follow-up analysis explored models joint contribution predictor variables groups. Specifically, it found relationship between emotional tone is negative, whereas generosity leadership inclinations are positive predictors Better understanding what determine dynamic interactions among could be instrumental optimizing group, undoubtedly affected rather dramatic all aspects our social lives, caused current epidemiological situation world. Psychological is, turn, capable seriously impacting on students’ performance wellbeing.
